it’s all very well maintained, clean, beautifully decorated, beds are like clouds, with different pillow options, staff is helpful and friendly, the food is great with a lot of eating options, right on beautiful white sand turquoise water beach! I fully recommend it! We were there with our toddler and it had everything we needed for him, very child friendly and a fun kiddie pool for him to swim in. Bonus points, although child friendly, the distribution was such that you could still find peaceful places to relax. The cozy stylish restaurants are designed to make you feel like you are in a boutique hotel, food and service is amazing! I’ve been to Cancún several time and must say this one is a hidden treasure among all inclusive hotels.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We had the best family holiday ever! My toddlers (2 and 3) loved the pirate ship, the beautiful stretch of beach and all the wonderful amenities. My husband and I haven't been so relaxed on a family vacation as we were here!! The staff were incredibly friendly and all of the food and drink was delicious! We will ABSOLUTELY be returning to fiesta Americana!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough! All of the restaurants and food options were wonderful and the entertainment during the day and the evening shows were great fun! Everything was so clean and we also enjoyed a massage at the spa which I would highly recommend! Thank you so much to the staff at Fiesta Americana for such a wonderful vacation!!!

We stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary and the staff were fantastic. We were married at this hotel and some of the staff are still there since that time. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best vacations I've had so far. Here is a list of the things I have been enjoying: - great food - staff was friendly and respectful - service was great, most of the time no queues for breakfast, etc - everything was extremely clean - nice pool with separated kids area - kids club with daily activities - lots of entertainment options at the pool (dancing, contests, etc) - evening shows every other day in a nice theater (these were great by themselves, I personally enjoyed the coco show) - separate cafeteria with ice cream and crepes that were made fresh on the spot (I was there every day) - hospitality room offered in the last day to take shower as we lounged by the pool after checkout - help was provided for any subsequent asks/issues - aquaworld activities were sold inside the hotel with generous discount if multiple activities were booked (I personally booked the sub, jungle tour, ski jet and sky rider). Recommending jungle tour as first option with sky ride/ski jet second best - covid test offered inside the hotel with prebooking at no extra charge
